Find your Local Law Schools.  Ask if you can use the Library.  Chat with the research librarian. There will be a Martindale-Hubble Directory with Law Firms in your area and Lawyer's biographies, area of practice, etc.
Use a search engine and find
Your county Bar Association and Your State Bar Association.  See if they have books for sale.  Associations will recommend attorneys. But they will only indicate who is a member and what areas of law they list as their interests.
